About Ephesus Tour Company

Very professional tour company that will provide you with a private tour. Your tour will be designed around what you want to see and what you want to see in Ephesus. Canan Tunckanat was our tour guide - one of the best!!

Excellent Tour experience

We booked our tour with Ephesus Tours, run byEphesus Tours, and what an excellent day we had! We were picked up by our Tour guide, Hulya Acar, in an A/C Mercedes Van right on time. She had an excellent knowledge of the entire Ephesus area and its History. We had our 3 year old son with us and we were worried about taking the toddler with us on this tour but Hulya made it feel very easy and simple. She even went to the extreme of handling the baby-stroller for us at many points of the tour! The tour included visit to the House of Virgin Mary, Epehesus City, then followed by a traditional lunch, which we must day was the highlight of the entire trip. Hulya then showed us a traditional Carpet Weaving school and surprised us at the end of the day with a nice bag of souvenirs.10/10 and very highly recommended.

Senza fiato...

Cost is far more without a rug or "art" stop

I was very impressed by all the reviews for this company. I was leaning towards the "create your own Ephesus tour" and did not want to use my time at the carpet factory (also referred to as art gallery) or a leather shop. This information was included in my booking request. The reply I received stated the cost would be an additional $45 per person ($135 total) if we did not make those stops. I was also told that ALL travel agencies are taking their guests to the "art" galleries. I have since located a travel company that does not include these factories.

Absolutely perfect!

From the time that we started investigating various tours from Kusadasi to the time of actually booking, Ephesus Breeze stood out from the rest. I contacted various tour groups before we left to Kusadasi and Mr Teleri stood out as by far the best in terms of customer service. Immediate replies on emails, descriptive detailed tours provided with more than reasonable prices. When I was ready to book I let Mr Teleri know that I wanted to book two tours with them: Ephesus one day and another day with Priene, Militus, and Didyma. I was in a quandary about what to do about seeing Aphrodisias and Pamukale. It appeared to me that doing both would be impossible. While I was pondering this dilemma my phone rings in Canada. Mrs Julia is calling to help me book my tours with them. I asked her about my dilemma and she put together a full day tour that included both. We now had three tours booked with them. And I thought the prices were awesome. Prices included all entrance fees, our driver and guide and our lunches for the day. Private tours with your own air conditioned vehicle. I looked at the difference between bus tours and private tours and felt that spending the little extra money to go privately was your best bet. Unless you are on a strict budget. Even then I would look to save money elsewhere. How often are you in Turkey? You want the best experience possible. You also saved the hassle of renting a car and paying insurance and ungodly gas prices. Which would also mean figuring out your tours and doing a lot of homework to learn the info about each tour. Our tour guide was Arzu Altun. She was young and vibrant. A wealth of information not only about your tours but about the area and people as well. She was extremely professional and so much fun to hang out with. I was so glad we had her as our guide for all three days. Our tours were all exceptional. Traditional Turkish lunches provided that were so good and added to the over all experience. Our driver was awesome in that you felt safe at all times with his driving. In all, these tours were the highlight of our brief but amazing Turkey vacation. We loved this groups professionalism so much that we booked them for our commute back to Izmir Airport. I would highly recommend this group. Everybody involved from start to finish was exceptional in providing a most memorable experience. Kudos to this team!
